What this site does today

This is a pre-launch site. The detector is not live, no audio is accepted, and no audio is processed anywhere on this domain.

What we collect

• Waitlist submissions. Your email address, and optionally the role you selected, an approximate monthly volume and a free-text note. You provide these deliberately.
• Request metadata. Standard web request data including a country code, used for aggregate counts and abuse prevention. We store a truncated, salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting, never the address itself.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or analytics cookies, no third-party trackers, no pixels.
• No audio, because none is accepted yet. When the detector launches, audio will be analysed in memory and discarded on completion: never stored, never sold, never used to train anything.
• No payment details anywhere on this site.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Waitlist data is processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. Request metadata is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Rate-limit hashes expire automatically within about 25 hours.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@aimusicdetector.ai and we will act within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.
